Structural engineering and specialist consultants are coordinated to support technical resolution and buildability.Turning design into a buildable project.The developed design is translated into detailed architectural documentation and coordinated consultant information.This provides a clear foundation for planning and building approvals, tendering, accurate pricing and construction.

Protecting the architectural intent through delivery. For select premium projects, our involvement can continue throughout construction to protect the integrity of the architectural design.Roya Architects works alongside the builder and project team to provide architectural guidance, respond to design-related matters and review key aspects of the works as they progress.
